This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit the site, Vercel automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and the pages requested. This is technically necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Vercel processes data under EU Standard Contractual Clauses; log data is retained only as long as required for operation and security.

If you use our contact form, we process the details you provide (name, email address, company, team size, phone number, chosen topics, your message and, if you come from the builder on the homepage, your selection there) solely to handle your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract). Messages are delivered to us via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) acting as our processor; Resend processes the messages in its EU region (Ireland). We also store your enquiry in our internal customer directory, run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) acting as our processor; the data is kept there in a database located in the EU. To stop misuse of the form, we only store a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address alongside it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Enquiries are deleted there no later than 12 months after they were last handled. We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted unless statutory retention periods apply.

This website sets no tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or social media plugins. Fonts are served from our own hosting — no requests are made to font providers such as Google Fonts.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA, Ansbach, Germany).
