With a price you know before we start. It’s in the written plan, alongside scope and timeline, and only then do you decide whether we build. The analysis is free. Ongoing tools start at €100 a month, depending on scope. Smaller solutions are also available for a one-off fixed price. Fees charged by AI providers are listed separately in the plan.

Well before the end. You see progress along the way and try it yourself before anything goes live. The timeline is set out in writing in the plan. Depending on scope, a project takes one week to three months. You’ll usually see a first working version after two to three weeks.

In black and white, before we build. The plan sets out which data the AI gets to see, which providers are involved and where it is processed. We only use providers that don’t use your data to train their AI models and that offer a data processing agreement (DPA). We sign a DPA with you as well. Whether processing stays entirely within the EU depends on the provider. That is set out in the plan beforehand, and if you need it, we plan accordingly.

A short description of where time gets lost. You don’t need to know yet exactly what you need. We work it out together in the free analysis. We build on what you already use, such as email, calendars, your CRM or spreadsheets. Your team gets a plain-language guide and a walkthrough.

The same people who built it. Updates, adjustments and fixes go through the same people you worked with on the build. You won’t need an AI specialist in-house: your team works with the result, not the technology behind it, and gets a plain-language guide and a walkthrough. Support is included in the monthly fee for ongoing tools, with one named contact by email and phone. Minimum term three months, then cancellable monthly with 14 days’ notice.
